An updated track and trace service has been launched by Valenciaportpcs.net, the port’s community system.

Shippers and freight forwarders can use the web-based service to quickly access information about containers in transit. Customers who process their bookings and shipping instructions electronically using valenciaportpcs.net can also monitor their containers from a single window.

Information can also be accessed via platforms such as Inttra and GTNexus.

The service gives users the opportunity to share shipment information with customers who can subscribe to receive email, RSS or electronic messaging updates.
